Graeme Storm, the first round leader at the PGA Championship, fell apart today shooting a 6 over 76. Meanwhile Tiger Woods shot a spectacular 63 to take a 2 shot leader after starting the day 6 shots back. The 63 represented a new personal best at a major for Tiger and made him only the 43rd golfer to ever shoot a 63 in a major. Tiger nearly made history when his birdie putt on 18 nearly went in before horseshoeing out of the whole. That putt would have given Woods a major championship record 62.
