Heinz Ketchup Only!!

According to The Smoking Gun, the Pittsburgh Steelers submit a 17 page document to their hotel for games. The document spells out everything from the pillow preference of Dan Rooney(Foam rubber) to the number of chefs at the omelet station during pregame meals(2 with 3-4 portable burners) to the type of ketchup on the tables during meals(must be Heinz). It also details how the room lists should look and what the mini-bars should be stocked with(no alcohol). Room service is also not permitted to deliver alcohol to players' rooms(Drinking Like a Champion: fine for the Super Bowl, but not regular season games).
