In light of Idaho Senator Larry Craig's and Florida Representative Bob Allen's recent restroom "misunderstandings" involving male undercover cops, I think we could all use a briefing on the rules of bathroom. If you follow these rules, your chances of being arrested for soliciting the undercover cop in the stall next to you fall dramatically.
